Day 0 — You write to us

Day 2 — 20-min intro call

Senior strategy lead, not a BDR. We confirm fit, budget range, timeline and who’d be the right lead on our side.

Day 5 — Working session

A 45–60 minute session where we dig into the brief, audit what you already have, and agree the shape of the engagement.

Day 10 — Proposal & kick-off

A specific proposal — team, scope, timeline, pricing — followed by kick-off within a week of signing. No 30-day procurement limbo.

A one-line brief is fine.

You don’t need a PDF or an RFP. One paragraph describing the company, the goal and the timeline is enough for us to come back with something useful.

Tell us the budget band.

‘We don’t have a budget yet’ is also fine — say that. Either tells us whether a project, a retainer or a discovery is the right shape. Dancing around budget costs both of us time.

Share what's not working.

The most useful briefs explain what you’ve tried, why it stalled and what you think the real problem is. That’s where we start the thinking.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Ranges depend on scope and ambition. Tell us about your project on a 30-minute call and we will send a tailored proposal within one working day.

What's your typical engagement size?

Project engagements usually range ₹5L–₹50L depending on scope. Monthly retainers start around ₹3L/month and scale with team size and ambition. Paid discoveries are ₹1–3L depending on depth.

How do you price?

We price by team + time + ambition. Every proposal lists the named people on your account, the days per month we'd spend, and the target outcomes. No fuzzy 'discovery credits' or padded overheads.

Can I just book a strategy call?

Yes. The 30-minute paid strategy call is a real product — you send context ahead, we come prepared, you leave with a written point of view. It's the best way to test what it's like to work with us.

What happens if the fit isn't right?

We say so, and we introduce you to someone better suited. We'd rather decline a bad-fit engagement than take it and burn both of us on the execution.
